“Magical place and wonderful staff”

“Best hotel in Ninh Binh!! It’s a bit outside Tam Coc town which is great because the town is very touristy. There are free bikes to rent which are really good quality. We enjoyed cycling to the Bich Dong pagoda and then to the mountain side cafe and visited the duck farm. The view from the pool is lovely. We also had lunch and dinner here and the staff is very kind and nice. You get the feeling that this is a family run hotel as the staff is really friendly and seems to really enjoy their work...

“Called front desk for questions and no one pick up. So we have to walk there”

“It’s a newer resort and much of the staff are local and still in training. it’s important to be kind and understanding about where you are. all the staff work very hard and continue to learn. I highly recommend this lovely spot to stay while exploring the incredible temples, pagodas and historical area.”

“Oki”

“From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. We arranged an early check in and while waiting we were invited to a delicious breakfast. The hotel gives you a peaceful vibe with the beautiful gardens and an appealing pool. The staff was very friendly , they offered free bicycles and scooter rental. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to relax and be at peace.”

“Fantastic experience, amazing hospitality!”

“Great!”

“Staff was excellent. Very kind people. The room was just as shown of the photos, clean, fresh, spacious and a cute balcony. The location is great!”
