Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. "The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, right next to the outdoor market, which I really enjoyed because I had the opportunity to try a wide variety of local foods. It is also close to popular tourist attractions such as Seoraksan and the area's beautiful beaches. My single room overlooked the lake and a charming bridge, making the view especially relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel."
