“Right next to Georgetown Lake and Clear Creek brewing. Only complaint was traffic noise from I-70 but that was to be expected. Try to stay on the lakeside of that noise will keep you awake. ”

“The property was dated but it was like staying in a guest room at my grandparents house. It was clean enough. There are stains here and there and some dust bunnies but nothing threw a red flag for us. The owner was great. He recently updated the TVs in the room to smart TVs and couldn’t get ours to work so he offered to let us switch rooms. We were in town Monday - Saturday. It was very quiet every evening, except Friday night but it was the 4th of July so it was expected. It’s not a fancy...

“What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. ”
