“It was a really great place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The lights and charging system were well equipped. In particular, the veranda had a beautiful stream running under the old mine road right in front of it, and the sound was soothing to the brain”

“We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. ”

“It was a really cute, quaint cabin. My only complaint is that the the walls are thin and we could hear every conversation, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. ”

“Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.”

“I was so disappointed. I will NOT be staying again. The property gives off a work and tired feeling. This feeling is confirmed by the dated furniture and scratch marks throughout the hotel room. The nice thing about the room is the bathroom. The bathroom is pretty nice. And the price is just a few dollars less expensive than The Monarch down the street. And The Monarch is such a nicer property. ”

“Don’t stay here! Especially if you have kids! I am already used to and desensitized by ridiculous resort fees, sure we paying for hotel but need to pay extra to use amenities??! This time they tried to charge $26.99 or so plus tax (don’t wanna forget that) for early check-in, since we dared to come in an hour early(around 3pm). They just started this policy a few weeks earlier, before you could check-in at 2pm with no extra fees. I guess they figured a new way to take peoples hard earned money,...

“The facilities were adequate for an overnight stay! The window in our room was badly cracked and taped! The indoor pool was closed and small! They do take dogs up to 30lbd”

“The mountain view was amazing. We went skiing in Loveland, and the distance was great. The restaurant next to the inn had great pizza. The only downside was the hot tub curfew at 9:30. I understand the need for rules, but for adults who aren’t causing a disturbance, I feel like the curfew should be later.”
