“It was a really great place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The lights and charging system were well equipped. In particular, the veranda had a beautiful stream running under the old mine road right in front of it, and the sound was soothing to the brain”

Instead of honoring our reservation, they sent us to a nearby motel, where the staff was unfriendly and showed no interest in helping us. We also had to pay a $100 deposit, which the other motel initially refused to return because Columbia Inn had not covered the cost of our stay. “We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. ”
