"This a top notch property with a convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. The room was super clean and comfortable and we needed to extend our stay for one night which the front desk did with ease ( it was nice that they matched our existing price since it was advertised for $45 more ) There is limited parking around the property but they give you a voucher to park in the next block with tons of parking. Overall a great stay."

"Do not recommend this place for more than one night and just a quick stopover. I booked this place for four nights, immediately regretted it but bed was comfortable. Shower was NEVER hot and the door safety latch was makeshift and not screwed in properly so if someone wanted to break in, they could! Luckily, place is located in an area that isn't sketch but motel can use major upkeep and upgrades. Unbelievable that they charge this much $$$$ for the lack of basic necessity possible!"

"The room was clean and the rooftop pool with an outdoor seating area and hot tubs was very nice. Overall the property was great. My reason for not giving the property 5 stars was the check-in process. We arrived early to check in and were told to come back at the check in time of 4 pm. At 4 pm, the lobby was very crowded and somewhat chaotic. This was on a Saturday. After waiting 30 minutes in a long line to check in, the woman at the counter at 4:30 told us our room was not cleaned and we'd receive a call when it was. I thought it unacceptable that our room was not ready even after the official check-in time."

"This was a terrible hotel and doesn’t deserve one star. The room was awful. The stink was so awful and was filthy, the pool was dirty and unusable, hot tub absolutely unusable. I cannot tell you how awful the stench was in our room. The worst hotel I think I’ve ever stayed. If there were ANY rooms available nearby I would have left. My clothes and everything stunk that smell the next day. The ice machine didn’t work, the breakfast was gone at 7:45 am except the cold cereal, warm milk, and old bread for toast. Even pancake batter machine was empty. There was an orange that was set out that was so rotten, the sides were caved in. Ugh. Find a better option!"
