"I experienced such wonderful service at the Stamford Plaza Hotel! They upgraded my room to a King Suite and it was so spacious and comfortable. At the breakfast buffet the staff actually gave me a quick tour to explain what was on offer which was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay there and felt like it was a little home away from home! "My daughter and her carer went to Melbourne to see the ballet. They again stayed at Citadines which refers to, “a posh hotel”. The staff have always made her feel important and the rooms, well she loves them, she gets her own bedroom. Citadines on Bourke is in a great location to shows, theatre, restaurants and transport. Reasonably priced and superb facilities."

"Everything was great, except the pillows. My wife and I both slept directly on the mattress, they were just so lumpy. All hotels should just buy latex. The best!! Received an upgrade (really only to have a very small balcony, which was about a metre wide. Also got late check out because it was my birthday). They would have got a 10 out of 10 were it not for the pillows. We would stay again and take our own. 😊"
