"The first thing that stunned me was how disorganized the check-in process was. I expected clearer information from the staff or at least some helpful signs on the walls. The staff’s unfriendliness and lack of language skills were also unexpected. The most irritating part was when a staff member tried to enter my room without knocking and then left without apologizing until I demanded one. It was only a brief incident, and both he and the housekeeping crew seemed embarrassed—it was obviously a mistake while checking the housekeeping status—but they should have apologized immediately instead of talking among themselves first."
