โAs we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. โ
โThe perfect place to stay after exploring the Yarra Valley. We use it as our base after a hard day of champagne drinking at Chandon! Nothing better than to come back to our room and unwind with a spa.

โEverything about the hotel was excellent - spacious room, very comfortable bed, facilities inc the shared bathrooms. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Very convenient to eateries, local cinema and shopping.โ
โWhen I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciatedโ
โWhen we arrived, the lady at reception was so nice. Friendly, happy, informative, helpful and so polite. The property itself is lovely. Our room was out by the lake. It was lovely and quiet. There is a lovely little walk around the lake which we did each morning and night. Overall a great place to stayโ

The part I didnt like was NOISE. It was so noisy that I just could naturally know when neighbor guest might take shower and use toilet, plus how strong they are when they close the door. Maybe because the building is old, but it was intolerable sometimes. Earplug should be included in the amenities. "
