2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM.
More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with. Canโt help My high expectations of Six senses brand dropped to the bottom as I was wowed by the level of service...
โThe rooms next to main street could be noisy if traffic is heavy. At the moment, not many traffic in the evening. The restaurant served good and nice chinese breakfast. โ
โWe loved the meditation and sound healing sessions that were available and the rooms with the outdoor hot tub were great for relaxing after hiking Qingchengshan. Would love to stay again and recommend it to anyone considering visiting the area. โ
โThis was one of the most family friendly hotels at which we have ever stayed. Our room was filled with small details that made it enjoyable and inviting for a family with small children. There was a step stool for brushing teeth, padding on corners for safety, and a fun little play area. My 4 year old says the room was "awesome." The staff was continually helpful and kind. Excellent all around!โ
