"The cleaning conditions in the hotel was awful. Dust and dirt everywhere. The reception service was also bad. Strange guys (not dressed of hotel staff) who don't speak English well are always at their smartphones. Elevators smell terrible. If I don't change my hotel to another my opinion about Korea could be nightmare because of this hotel. No breakfast, no late check out, no any services. Awful "

"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests.
