Waited about ten minutes to check in, but employee was pleasant and efficient. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and although bed was well made, sheets appeared stained and were a turn off. The bathroom was in such bad shape-dirty, tiles moldy etc, I didn't use the tub/shower. About 1/2 hour after checking in another employee attempted to barge right in without a knock. I had the security bar on, but scared me enough I barely slept all night. Room STUNK of cigarette smoke. The ceiling over the open closet area (no hangers), looked like it would cave in at any time (obvious previous water damage with the drywall bulging). I hoped to hang around town the next day, but ended up leaving for home before 7:30 a.m. PS, no place to get coffee either!

Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the room had cockroaches. Expressed my disgust at being woken up by a cockroach to the front desk staff and no resolution was offered. Was originally going to stay 2 nights but had to stay at a different hotel the second night as I couldn't put my family through that again.

The room was a smell of smoke. The pillows were like non existence. I had to use my purse and put it under the pillow to make it fluff up. My throw pillows on my sofa are 4 times the size of your “standard “ size pillow. There were 3 pillows. I wish that would have taken a picture. My husband had to be at the hospital by 5:30am. We live more than 2 hours away. I would not recommend staying here again. Even on the ride home we could smell the smoke in our bag. I guess that you get what you pay for.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The gentleman that checked me in was rude. The room was not clean. It smelled of smoke. The heating unit also smelled and was incredibly loud. The volume on the tv did not work. The towels were dirty. The ice machine was out of order. None of that truly mattered, as my reason for being there was to get a decent nights rest after 10 hours of driving. I was woken up at 130 am by a man and woman screaming at each other. It was a domestic dispute. The man was threatening to sh**t the woman to get her to be quiet, as she was screaming at the top of her lungs. He then began throwing her belongings off the balcony. The woman was also screaming about another man’s teeth being knocked out. 4 police cars and an ambulance showed up. My only intent was a good nights sleep because I had another long day of travel the next day. I was deprived of that. It was hard to fall back to sleep and I no longer felt safe there. This was easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.
