I simply think that, if you are looking for a place to stay in Zermatt, stop searching, you have found the place. Great hotel, great staff. Has to be one of the best in Zermatt, period!

Amazing! The room was incredible. The sauna and spa was luxurious. We stayed there for our anniversary and they had a special surprise for us. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Truly a five-star experience. Will stay here again.

One relaxing night

This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around.

Great cozy hotel. Awesome staff, wonderful breakfast and a relaxing spa. The details like the welcome board/map, flowers and a chocolate in the room were a nice touch. The free sweets and mini bar, also a nice touch. Great location and our room had view of the Matterhorn. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Bed is comfortable, with different pillow options for you to choose. Spa is a highlight. They provide snacks & fruits throughout the day which is a very nice thing. Location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the bus stop.

The Hotel Daniela was a superb experience in Zermatt. The front desk staff and dining area staff were attentive and most welcoming. The room had a great comfortable bed and the bathroom and closet area and all other areas were perfect. I will most definitely recommend this property to my traveling friends.

We had a view of the Matterhorn from our two balconies! Very cozy chalet feel and the breakfast was great with amazing service and very friendly staff! It was close to the train and even had hotel shuttle to and from that was fast and efficient . Spa is for 18 yrs and up but this was not indicated on the Expedia site so they allows my 8 and 11 yr old in and nobody said a word . The hot tub area in not large but was cozy! Overall amazing! I’m

Great place, great people and great location

The place was beautiful and comfortable. We were greeted warmly by the front desk when checking in, their breakfast has many choices from fresh fruits to ham and cheese, they even has overnight oats and local made yogurt! The location of the hotel is also not far from the skiing location. We can even see a peek of Matterhorn from our room balcony.

This place was fantastic! They really know how to run a hotel. Not one need was unaccounted for, from the little touches in the room to the exceptional breakfast buffet. My American family has been traveling across Europe for several weeks now and Daniela tops our hotel experience. Most of the hotels nickel and dime you for every little thing, but this hotel provided exactly what you needed without viewing it as a method to add to your bill. It felt like they really wanted you to be happy and comfortable. We needed that after so many days on the rails. I recommend highly.

We loved our entire experience at Hotel Daniela! You’ll find a welcoming lobby & staff, the coziest rooms and most delicious breakfast buffet. The hiking offerings are abundant & we appreciated the sauna & spa afterwards. Daily fruit & cake too! Victoria & Tania were the most helpful of hostesses. We shall return!
