We booked a budget room and could not have been happier! The hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. We loved the warm pool, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Overall, the value for money in Zermatt was fantastic. For a ‘budget’ room it was fantastic, the food at the breakfast buffet was great, also ate at Dudes, which had great service and great food and drink. The staff at the reception desk were so kind and helpful. Had a fantastic stay!
