“Great place”

“Too far. Even hard to get a cab. There are no buses, trains, and metro. The hotel should have properly informed their guests to visit with the car. Nothing to do in the hotel as well. No pool, no entertainment facilities. I thought we were the only guests... Feels like a ghost house.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The mountain views from the property and the parking area are amazing. The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. They also recommended great local spots like Ristorante Passone. Highly recommended for both the views and the top-tier service!”

“Hotel nuovo e curatissimo. Camera ampia con letti molto comodi. Personale gentile. Ottima colazione con caffè macinato al momento. Posizione perfetta vicino al lungolago, al Parco dei Taxodi e a Sarnico. Bella terrazza e parcheggio gratuito. Consigliatissimo!”

“Generally a fine hotel. Room is extremely spacy, has good beds and is warm & cozy. A bit old, yes, but any hotel near this is about the same with little exceptional new ones. Staff is not the Kindest, but generally good people. Their English is not perfect, but communication is just fine. Everything was fine except the location, and that the breakfast was literally "BREAK ! FAST!". Nothing to eat, I ate a bit of fruit and bread with jams, ate again at work. I think the price is...

“Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. ”
