Casa Cupula was an amazing experience. From Boris, Felix and the team at reception, to the bartenders and servers… the hospitality and friendly, welcoming culture was magic. Easy walk to the malecon and bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Upon arrival we were greeted and shown around the property. The staff was amazing and the food was amazing.

Overall the experience was good at this resort, the pool and beach areas were nice and service was good at both, although the poolside can be a bit loud with music and activities from the resort entertainment staff. Most restaurants were good, although the Zen asian restaurant wasn't good food and made everyone sick after eating there. The room was nice, spacious and well kept, bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and available. There was some overall noise during the day as they are doing some renovations to the exterior of the building.

The room had an incredible view of the ocean and the surrounding area. The food was also excellent!
