Gestión muy mejorable

Peor de lo que esperabamos dadas las valoraciones existentes. Personal atento y amable pero poco profesional y cualificado. Gestión empresarial muy mejorable. Las instalaciones correctas pero es necesario mejorar el mantenimiento para un funcionamiento adecuado. El restaurante estaba cerrado y no lo podemos valorar, pero la calidad del desayuno debería mejorar.

Casi todo correcto

La habitación y la comodidad de la cama son correctos, junto con el trato del personal, pero la habitación no dispone de aire acondicionado ni ventilador, si vas en temporada de calor has de abrir las ventanas y entre el jaleo de la calle y los mosquitos acabas dormir do mal.

We had a great stay. The service and reception was wonderful - smiling, helpful, and accommodating. The set menu dinner at the restaurant of the hotel was also very good quality, well-priced, and convenient.

Une halte sur le retour des vacances... Super accueil et un hotel parfaitement décoré et confortable. Nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi et le restaurant propose de succulent mets avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Mais le must rest l'accueil des patrons toujours souriants et sympathiques!!!

Bel établissement

Hotel très sympathique dans un petit village assez calme. La taille des chambres (la notre en tout ça) est correcte. Propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Restaurant excellent. Très bon rapport qualité prix !! Un moyen de transport est nécessaire pour visiter les alentours. Le cas échéant la situation géographique est bien.

Petit hotel avec du charme dans une petite ville du pays basque au pied du parc naturel. Chambres grandes avec le confort nécessaire pour une court séjour avant de repartir sur la France, Idem pour le PDJ buffet avec des produits frais . Bref à recommander

Fantastic hotel

Our stay was fantastic, hotel staff brilliant, room was excellent apart from no air conditioning and no fan, that would be my only change here, with very hot nights we felt as though we couldn’t breath, I did ask for a fan but was told to open the window, with us being on the ground floor I wouldn’t open the window as they were fire escape windows ( so huge), so fans or air con would be only change , oh also having the option of a breakfast for earlier risers, we left for our next journey at 6am so didn’t have breakfast as it didn’t start till 7:30 so we missed out, maybe offering a few croissants or something that we could have eaten in the car would have been nice

Close to Bilbao and excellent

Lovely small hotel convenient for overnight stop close to Bilbao. Comfortable clean room, ours with a kitchen corner in addition. Lovely spacious bathroom. Very welcoming reception. Modern restaurant with interesting menu, food well cooked and nicely presented. Very good value for money. Our host was attentive and very friendly. The hotel has a car park to the rear for which they charge, but there is street parking just outside too. The town is quite small but has a couple of bars, restaurants, bakeries and small supermarket. We would certainly recommend this hotel: can't think of any improvements they could make!

Los dueños son unas personas encantadoras, muy amables y agradables. El hotel se encuentra en un paraje de ensueño, la habitación que cogimos era la familiar, muy amplia, limpia, silenciosa y bonita. Sin duda volveremos a repetir experiencia.
