Room wasn’t clean, very hard to feel comfortable there. There was food stuck to the table, floor very dirty , hair’s in the tub. The check in was great , staff very friendly. We ate at the buffet and that was about a 1 .

Went to “The Lobby” bar unpon arrival. Waited 20 min and bar tender didn’t even come to our end. So went down to the other end. Still had to flag him down. He sure didn’t seem to care. Was slow. Overall it was a great experience the hotel itself is clean. But we had a small problem that was not addressed immediately, which was the toilet got clogged and we called the room service but no one came until we checked out.
