Clean , the rooms didn’t cool down as much as we thought

Always so impressed with Le Blanc. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are beautiful and really have everything you could hope for. The restaurants were great, and the food was delicious. I think the only single complaint we could maybe even come up with is that the pool was a little too warm because of how hot it was outside. If that's all we can come up with, then it's a pretty great stay.

Staff said someone would come “right away” to clean and change out linens, but after 30 minutes we had to go back to the front desk. It took an hour to get help, and we nearly missed our hibachi reservation (the only restaurant that accepts reservations). I recognize creatures can sometimes be in unexpected places, especially in a warm, oceanfront environment, but it was the response I was most disappointed in. It warranted more action from management in my opinion

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean, food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. Richard from sky bar was very attentive and experienced with the drinks. Alfonso, our concierge, was also very helpful and informative, he helped us book a last minute excursion to Xoximilco with a private shuttle instead of the tour bus, which also took a lot less time to arrive to the destination for around the same price. Overall, would love to come back to this hotel if we ever go again without our kids.
