The staff was really friendly, hotel is near to the sphere, the mexican restaurant have délicieux food and the bartender was súper nice!!

While this is an older building and the room has not been updated in decor (everything was outdated, mirror glass peeling, duct tape on the floorboard, dark paneling), the room was clean and everything worked. The elevator was very slow, I used the stairs after the first time. If you are looking for an okay place in a great location near Beverly Hills, this should meet you needs.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Beyond friendly and went out of their way to provide anything needed. The hotel and grounds were very well maintained and we enjoyed our three days very much.

Very clean and luxurious. An absolute steal for the price

My first time staying and I didn’t have a good experience. Check in did not go well. I receive an email saying I could possibly get VIP early check in. So I arrive early. Waited till after regular check in time and still no text notification for their code to get my keys. I had to go stand in the long check in line again. A lady with an iPad approach me and asked me what I needed, I told her. And somehow she just handed me 2 room keys? Did they not check me in the first time??? When I got to my room. It was extremely warm. For as much as I paid to stay there. I was hoping a cool breeze of AC when I open the door. My AC to the room was turned off. I called front desk for assistance and somehow the AC kicked on. But it wasn’t very cool. I did not sleep well that night. The room temp was warm. Woke up in a sweat. If this is the normal temperature for the rooms. I don’t recommend staying here during the hot summer days.
