Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from station and central to all tourist attractions. The lounge was pretty basic but I enjoyed it. Room, bed and showers were comfortable.

Stay for 4 night. The room is fantastic, spacious and clean. The lounge is a extra plus, very good atmosphere, has a vaccum hifi with vinyl disc player, tannoy speaker. You could play the jazz disc enjoy the mojiko beer here, very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and professional, I could not find my JR pass after check out. I went back to the front desk asked for help, the lady help me up to the room at once while the service lady was being clean up, she pull out all garbage and check. Although could not find, I was still appreciated their help and professional. The breakfast buffet quality was just so so..also not many choice.

Room ok. Language barrier, difficult check-in. Machine check-in, not user friendly.

Triple beds was nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It was very easy access from the station. We wish we could use the swimming facility within the price.
