Good value accommodation with lovely staff and very clean rooms. The rooms are well equipped, if a little small. If you have any mobility issues be advised the lift is only accessible between 7am and 11pm.

Stayed here on one of the hottest days of the year for Hyde park. The room was small but perfect for what we needed and the best thing of all, it had air con! Check in staff all really nice and no issues at all!

The location to Westfield is a plus, nice bar and friendly staff. I was on floor 7 and it was very hot weather. Aircon was not good, they brought me a fan. Room small due to sloped ceiling with blinds that had to be shut due to heat. No stop out the front so need to walk bags up the street. Bed comfy and clean linen, shower needs a good clean in grate so smelt very mouldy. A fair stay for a discount price

Loved our stay in beautiful Kensington. The hotel location was perfect to walk around quiet residential streets, to Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, etc.

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Amazing staff and service! Loved it! Rooms were specious and beautiful, lobby and restaurants were always filled with fresh flowers, so gorgeous! Thank you for the best stay in London!
