Concierge was amazing. Room was perfect!! Loved my pool. Loved my bottle of champagne when I arrived. The hotel had everything I needed.! Food was delicious!

Rooms were clean and pool area was well maintained. However, there was noticeable imperfections such as the hallways leading to the rooms were not well maintained, not enough staff on pool area walking around to get orders, the shows were mostly similar done by the same group with different music, and pools were some missing music and the one with music was not new year appropriate as it was slow and sad. Also, nothing besides the lack of children was different in the adults only, no special show or amenities. It was also hard to get a hold of front desk as I had to walk to the lobby to ask for towels after trying to call them for an hour. A bit disappointed.

What an amazing property. It was beautiful, peaceful, and staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Food by the pool was great, there was direct beach access, and the rooms were stunning. 10/10 would recommend!

Just got back from our 3 night stay, sadly we were disappointed. We are VIP Expedia members & on the site when you book it says you get $200 resort credit & $120 spa. Come to find out it’s really just a coupon book they can offer you, & we had to ask twice about it. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine in our room, had to ask multiple times & finally got it on the last day. Many times when ordering at the restaurants they were out of items, and when you did order the food was slow to come. It seemed they were understaffed, our pool order was completely forgotten once. We come to Cabo yearly and wanted to try a new resort, this was not a good choice.

Everything was fantastic, the nice part is they have an infinity pool where kids are allowed, but have a lazy river where it attracts them more, so both adults and kids can enjoy, food was great too.
