The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.

Montecristo is a great place within the quivira territory. Nice houses with lots of space.
However we needed several things fixed during our stay. AC didn’t work properly, grill had to be checked up 3 times, electric stove didn’t work, microwave was broken. This isn’t the standard you would expect for a high daily rate

Man oh man. This was one of the best resort stays I've ever had. The service was impeccable, the architecture was beyond unique, food was superb, so many different activities in and around the property. Very clean rooms. I would 100% come back. I love it!
