Loved the hotel. Really interesting to look at the music memorabilia all around the hotel. Rooms and all public areas were lovely, comfortable, well- equipped and immaculate. Enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar. Housekeeping was excellent - the room looked like new each day. Staff so polite and friendly.

Over l enjoyed my stay. However housekeepers are very aggressive. They knock on the door as they are coming into the room unannounced. I had to tell them to close the door. They even did it the following day even though l had the privacy sign posted on the door.

The staff was amazing….just seemed like they are still working out some staffing at the penthouse pool and lounge….but the weather was absolutely perfectly amazing when we were there so maybe there was just more customers than usual up there.
