East Coast Adults Only Vacations

The Pool party was the best but the swim up bar had a weird nasty smell. One day we didn’t our hotel cleaned or new blankets the whole stay.

The property is beautiful. It is very large and we were pretty far away from other people in our party. We had a lot of problems with our room keys not working and having to go back to the lobby and get new ones. House keeping was great. Make sure you have a door hanger if you don't want them to come in, we didn't have one til I was told about it the last day. Evening entertainment was okay. If you have teenagers, there's not really any evening activities for them. The adult parties are at the resort beside this one and they are very strick making sure you are over 18 and check bags, maybe bring a clear one. If you are over 18. book an elite room if able, they come with more amenities. The beach is beautiful, but seaweed season is like May through August and it is pretty bad there.

Got looked over several times when going to pool bar…or when at Al a cartel buffet. Salt shakers do not work. Ice tea no sugar is not understood and took forever to get. Staff was not helpful

Room as awful.. smelled of mildew/mold, mini fridge was warm, air conditioner didn't work properly and shower didn't drain and overflowed into the room.. we asked for another room and they gave us some really cheaper than the one that we paid for that still had a shower issue. Everyone in our party had diarrhea after the second day

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real Punta Cana exceeded our expectations and became one of our favorite vacations. We stayed in The Reserve section and from arrival, everything felt effortless. A special thank you to José, our bellman, who was exceptional from arrival to departure and always made us feel welcome. Our concierge, Christopher Rivera (Chris), truly made this vacation unforgettable. He arranged all of our dinner reservations, constantly checked on us, and made sure we had everything we needed. For my birthday, he helped my husband organize a private beach dinner with a special song playing—it honestly felt like a dream. Special recognition also goes to Arismendi for making my birthday dinner extra special, Dilania at the pool area for always checking on us, Rafael at the beach for constantly going above and beyond, Carlos for my birthday drink, and Gladys for an incredible massage. Every employee made us feel like family. Our beachfront walkout room was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. The resort itself is luxurious, spacious, spotless, with plenty of beach chairs, pools, and a beautiful beach. Brutally honest: we travel often and are hard to impress with food, but the buffet had great variety and authentic Dominican breakfast. Kanna, Asian, the steakhouse, and Italian restaurant were our favorites. Drinks were typical all-inclusive drinks. Nightlife is limited after 11 PM, but if relaxation is what you want, this place delivers.

Great resort, beautiful landscapes, excellent service including the check-in, restaurants, plenty of very good and healthy food options, attentive/helpful staff, the room was beautiful, clean and roomy. The beach is a few minutes away, the resort provides transportation, excellent restaurant and staff there, too. Definitely recomend it.
