Staff was fine, it’s not on them, but the facility is nasty and falling apart but still charging insane rates. Quite literally have stayed at $20 a night hostels nicer than this. Go elsewhere.

Food — I expected much more from a 4-star hotel
Laundry prices are very high
There is no refrigerator in the standard room
The air conditioner was really loud (at least in our room)
