Visited this hotel with my family and unfortunately didn’t feel very safe, as anyone could come and go in the lobby. There was a noticeable smoke smell in both the room and the corridors. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly, we didn’t need much interaction, but the service wasn’t what we expected from a hotel of this standard.

Amazing stay! Room was spotless and had everything I needed. I even forgot my phone adapter and reception was kind enough to lend me one. I would definitely recommend NobleDEN

We liked everything - the quirkiness of the room with a wall of book shelves and books, a giant mirror leaning against the sall; didn’t mind that we had to call when the hot water didn’t come up, we liked the hotel very much. What we didn’t like was when we checked out, were told that as we had prepaid, we could just go. Days later, we were charged $57, calling the hotel, I was told that there was a facilities charge of $25 per day, pus tax.

I booked a room for 3 people and I still had to ask for extra towels and sheets for the room. Staff was decent I feel like they barged in our room at times to give us stuff we asked for.

Special thanks to Raquel at the front desk. Love the area around the hotel. It may be time for a bit of a refresh on the rooms but overall a great property. One final note, the elevator situation needs to be fixed asap!

Exceptional hotel. Close to everything you need (good food, shopping, Madison Sq park), and the hotel is one of the best in the city. Big rooms, great staff, and some great views depending on the room you get!
