The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like our oasis. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. The spa is also excellent. I will stay here every time I am in Hanoi.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful decoration from the entrance to the restaurant. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, even for 1 night. The room is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location right at center of Old Quarter. Definitely will be back for next time!!
