Overall, a good experience. The location and views are amazing. Some areas could use better upkeep, especially the dirty/worn carpets in the elevators. For a hotel this large and at this price point, I’d expect better maintenance. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming either. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the beautiful views and great location.
