Absolutely loved my suite. Very clean and the amenities were very useful. Felt like a home away from home.

The pre-check-in text made arrival smooth and efficient, and self-parking was simple and free. Great location, better than being on the Strip, if you have a car. The rooms are modern, attractive, and spacious, with useful dressing areas. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were the best I have ever used. The lighting controls took a moment to figure out, but they worked well. Virgin has clearly reimagined the hotel room experience, and the room felt like home. The pool was wonderful and spacious, which made the stay feel especially memorable. One drawback was the lack of a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. We would gladly stay here again.

The best hotel in Las Vegas “by far “ !

There were several issues with the Premium City View room that was originally assigned to us—namely trash left under the furniture and the mini fridge not working—but the front desk staff changed us to an impeccable Strip View room without delay. The view was beautiful, room spotless, and stocked with great amenities. We loved Juniors for breakfast and the expansive pool area. I would recommend this establishment and would definitely stay here again.

The room was immaculate and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There are so many good food options and breakfast in bed via room service was amazing. The pools were well maintained and offered lots of seating as well as great food and drinks. Really no reason to leave the resort during our stay except to see a show.
