The room was extremely dirty and smelled. The bathrooms had crust all over. The best and only thing we liked was the neighborhood it was at as well as the breakfast.

It was worth it if you care about cleanliness it definitely was in pristine condition only big complaint was that the pressure of the shower was too high and non adjustable. Breakfast wasn’t the best and a bit pricey but okay for a quick bite.

I felt seen and cared for. Every staff person who I encountered smiled and spoke - even if it was only in passing. Smiles are hard to come by these days. I didn’t know customer service still existed, but it felt restorative. I’m grateful!
