Far from town but with beautiful grounds

"Beautiful hotel. Poor soundproofing - woken up several times by guest walking around or dropping items on the floor above. The Straits restaurant was mediocre and overpriced - definitely recommend the Pizza at the other restaurant. Gym was amazing. Kids’ pool was cold. Far from town - carriage rides ..."

"Loved this place! The lake was visible from the 3rd floor balcony. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The grounds were beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of dietary choices while homemade bread and muffins stole the day! Wish we could have stayed longer."
