So surprised in the best way by this hotel, from the warm welcome at reception from Kimberley, to every detail in the accommodations, this is a gem in a really great location in NYC. And so many gluten free restaurants in the vicinity, as a plus! Great gym, bikes for guest use and clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay again.

I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good

European like rooms. No amenities. No coffee or tea in rooms. Very young crowd.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely, staff was accommodating and helpful, housekeeping did a great job each day, and included in the price of the room was an outstanding daily breakfast buffet as well as a light dinner service. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located just blocks from the theater district and MoMA. We will be staying here each time we come to NYC. Highly recommend!!
