Every member of the staff were super friendly and super helpful. The hotel is very nice and is within easy walking distance to the monorail, Pikes Place Market and anything else you want to experience.

The hotel was okay overall, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready when we arrived. The Wi-Fi was also not working, which was inconvenient.
Breakfast could be improved. It would have been nice to have a buffet-style option instead of only being offered a classic breakfast.
Valet parking was another concern. The valet area is located close to oncoming traffic, which felt inconvenient and unsafe. There was also a long wait to receive our car. On a couple of occasions, we waited almost 30 minutes.
