"This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them."

"Beds were full sized, not 2 queens. Everything well kept. Marriott situated in a compact community campus with private condos, private golf course, gas station a couple small shopping centers, super market. Beyond that is the ocean and lava. So have to drive outside of this. Marriott accommodating ..."
