"The property is beautiful! The pools are amazing! The lagoon so cool, we saw 3 turtles, a baby mana ray and fish. The ocean is surrounding you. My 9 year did the dolphin encounter that she loved. Just be prepared to walk a lot, Even though there is a tram, waiting 16 minutes want worth waiting. We enjoyed the luau. We didn't eat on site, took the shuttle everyday to Queens market and Island Gourmet Cafe. We are at Lava Lava near by that was delicious. The Hilton is beautiful but...
"It was a very spacious room. Great for big families. Laundry machine inside the room. But got disappointed when we found cockroaches at the kitchen.
Overall, customer service is excellent!"
