"Everything was overall excellent. The kitchen was especially well-equipped with electronic appliances, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room varied greatly depending on the staff in charge. In some cases, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, towels were not replenished, or the bed was left unmade. This is an area that definitely needs improvement."

"큰 바선생 1, 작은 바선생1 만났어요. 트렁크 닫아놓고 있었어요. 다행히 저희는 밤늦게 체크인하고 아침 일찍 나가서 하룻밤 묵기엔 괜찮습니다. 하지만 재방문은 하지않을거에요. 위치는 정말 좋아요."

"When I checked in, two employees at the front desk were terrible. They were very rude and even didn't let us know the locations of facilities. But the free parking and location were good! "

"넓고 깨끗합니다. 주방이 완벽합니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 있어 편리합니다. 골프치는 분에겐 꽤 좋은 선택이고 추천합니다. 다시 온다면 이곳으로 오고싶네요"

"일단 숙소내에 해수욕장이랑 워터파크급 수영장이 있는 거 자체가 넘사.. 아무래도 신발신는 문화라 객실 바닥이 좀 더러운 거랑 시설이 오래된거 빼고는 그 안에서 모든 걸 할 수 있는게 최고"

"I stayed here for 6days. The stay was perfect. I reserved the partial ocean view room and the view was stunning. We had great morning and night every day. The location was also great, it is located near downtown and many great restaurants. The room was spacious. Everything was great :) I highly recommend and I will go next time :)"

"오션타워에 숙박했어요 객실에 먼지투성이 개미들 ㅠㅠ 청소후 걸레쉰냄새ㅜㅜ 주변환경은 좋았지만 청결에 예민한 저는 너무 별로였네요 그리고 트램타고 이동하는것도 시간낭비가 많아요"

"The front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated that the hotel was eco-friendly. Glass bottles were provided in the room so you have to get water from the lobby, and the shower amenities were environmentally conscious, minimizing plastic use. However, there was one major issue. Since the hotel is within 10 minutes of the airport, the loud noise from planes taking off made it difficult to sleep. I recommend flying in and out of Kona Airport instead of Hilo Airport."
