"The room that I had was beautiful. The restrooms sunk in tub was awesome. I didn’t like that I had to walk three flights of stairs because we were on the 3rd floor. Also, I did not like that the we were so far away from any or the pools."

"This was a very nice place. I was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price was more in line with a hotel rather than a resort. I did not realize though, that it is a time share and i was asked to attend a 90 minute presentation which i did not go to. I would stay there again with no hesitation."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Walking distance from everything in the historic district, but also easy to get on the highway and explore the rest of the island. Parking on site, pool and hot tub and breakfast included all of which is really hard to find in Kona. It was especially nice for the kids to have the breakfast and pool. The staff was extremely helpful, I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend the hotel for families."
