"Our 6th stay in this property and still in love, family friendly resort we all enjoyed. Just heads up the boat rides are closed for almost a year now as been told but the tram still working but expect at least 30 minutes waiting"

"Overall good hotel. Nice private beach for hotel. The pool area is also nice but needs more chairs for relaxing. They have more tables for dining which were have empty but the pool chairs were always full or taken. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I would return to this hotel because it’s in a great location if you don’t have a car. Many places within walking distance to eat and shop."

"The room was clean and beautiful; however the air conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance came to fix it twice and stated it was fixed but it was not. They even offered to come in again during my last night but I declined because I didn’t want my day to be interrupted again and it seems as though the fixes were not working at all. The temperature in the room was tolerable during the night, so I wasn’t uncomfortably hot. I would recommend and even stay at this hotel again if I ever revisited Kona."
