The staff were excellent the apartment was roomy and the hotel has easy access to train , ferry and attractions

Stayed for the night befor my flight the bed was really comfortable and the room was super quiet and dark.

Location close to Central Station was ideal for exploring Sydney

Excellent property. Only problems was the bed was too hard and very uncomfortable. Also ask for a statement on check out. We had room service but they didn’t honour the $20 food credit that was part of the reservation.

Staff were excellent. Room faced onto very noisy street at night ( car racing) & unfortunately hotel undergoing renovations ( jack hammers, builders noise). We were advised of this AFTER our booking was made

Great location, spacious room and good amenities. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Buffet breakfast offered a good selection of food. In room service menu was good and food delicious. Close to tram station and easily accessible.

Very centrally located. Walking distance of max 1.5 to 2 km to all major attractions of Sydney. Very well kept hotel with spacious rooms. The only downside is that the parking of your car was chargeable. But that’s I believe is with every hotel in CBD area . Lot of eateries & Convenience stores were just a 5 min walk away. Tram stations were just below the hotel.

Jacob, who checked us in was really friendly and really helpful fantastic location just what we needed The bath staff in the bistro with really friendly overall a fantastic experience. We look forward to coming back in three weeks time when we’re back in Sydney.

Great location, huge room, excellent service- bed was not very soft.
