Lovely property with a gorgeous outlook. Rooms were very generously sized and pool/spa deck area was great. Lots of dining options across the road, plus a chemist, dairy and delicious Thai restaurant.

Location is great. Issue with Expedia listing, lake view is not really a full lake view like on the photos. The view is reality is once your outside on the small balcony poke half your body out, you have a very small side view. Could have booked anywhere else for the price per night.

Simple but modern recently renovated room. Parking is tight (physically) but we arrived in between check out and check in times so whoever couldn’t access our room as we were too early , we got a space. Recommend doing this as parking tricky in area at weekends Good value overall

The staff were amazing. Although the report is under renovations and our room type wasn’t available, they were more than accommodating and offered some refund plus late check out. Lovely stay at this hotel! Loved the location, super close to the beach and all the beautiful scenery of Newport. Had a lovely view from my room balcony and it was clean and comfortable. I stayed when renovations were happening so that’s the only reason I haven’t given full stars as you could see the building work taking place and there was a bit of building work noise going on. Other than that it was an amazing stay and would stay again :)

The hotel was in a good location with it being close to local shops and the beach. We were in the northern beaches for a wedding and transport was easy to access. The hotel was nice and clean although parking in the actual hotel is very tight. The front desk staff could be a bit warmer in their hospitality but overall the stay was pleasant.

Great one nighter

Just a 1 night stay, catching up with friends over the Easter period. Great location, lovely view, pool was fantastic. Comfy beds basic rooms but everything was clean, comfortable and fresh. The building is just a little worn out. But for a 1 nighter it was perfect.
