Brand new hotel at the end of the strip! The rooms are gorgeous the casino and restaurants are also gorgeous! We didn’t eat at many places but where we did eat everything was great. Only thing was my friend called and asked for utensils to be brought to our room because they didn’t give them to us in the bag at a cafe downstairs. They wanted to charge for the fork itself and a delivery fee it would’ve been like $20 for two forks to be brought to us so we passed. But we used our $100 restaurant credit for drinks at the casino bar one night before going out. The drinks were excellent service was a little slow at the cocktail table and we were in a time crunch but it worked out. All the staff were very nice and professional. Because it is newly renovated it doesn’t have a stake cigarette smell like the older hotels/casinos on the strip.

I liked that there was a CVS on site, and the proximity of the hotel to the rest of the trip was convenient. The food was terrible, a bartender did not know how to make anything, And there was no control over the temperature in the room, so my family was hot all night.

Great Service & Property

Great service and the hotel room was clean and front desk was amazing. Restaurants around the hotel were near and the experience was fantastic, this was my second time booking at horseshoe and it’s always amazing to stay here for my visit to Las Vegas.

It’s a newer hotel, so working out the small issues is a given. The room(s) were very spacious, my family and I booked without seeing some of the pictures (I believe they were not uploaded yet) so we didn’t realize that there would be a fully furnished kitchen. The staff we talked to were very welcoming and accommodated us accordingly. We were not informed that there was an event going on at the time we arrived to check in, so at first it was a little overwhelming because we thought that there was a front desk and a receptionist right as you enter the lobby but it seemed a little disorganized because there were guests for the event roaming around the lobby and the front desk was pushed away from the doors itself. However, we were not worried about that because a staff member found us and helped us check in. So overall, very happy to have stayed at Otonomus Hotel and would highly recommend if you need a break away from the city, the staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the AI system is interesting to learn about (it gives off a very modern vibe to the hotel scene!)

The Venetian resort is my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. The rooms are huge and it feels sort of like an apartment. I stayed in one of the newly remodeled king suites over the weekend and enjoyed my time. They let me check in a little early and also upgraded my room to one with a clear view of the Sphere which was great. I love the bathrooms, the shower is large with floor to ceiling glass and the tub is huge which my girlfriend loves.
