I stayed in the Honeymoon suit for 5 days and my expectations were more than met. Housekeeping cleaned every day of my stay and delivered extra towels and bedding almost on demand. The staff did a great job along with the bartenders. They actually sell real alcohol here and it isn’t the watered down stuff you get at the lower end resorts. The view was amazing since I had the entire deck to view the resort and its entirety. It was worth it and I’ll definitely be looking for the Secrets brand when I’m traveling abroad. I would recommend this hotel 9 out of 10 times to anyone looking to stay at a nice resort.

The resort was lovely, with a large variety of options for eating. Our butler Carlos was amazing, and made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The beach was lovely, but I do recommend water shoes, because there are some random rocks and such under the water. We had an issue with our room, but our butler Carlos, the maintenance staff, and the rest of the staff were attentive worked in a timely fashion for a solution. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!

Everything was perfect, the room, the pools, entertainment. The beach being right there, our room was front and center of the whole resort with an absolute stunning view. Would stay there every time we visit Cancun. Staff was friendly and always willing to help out. Thank You GR Solaris for an excellent experience and a great vacation!!

March 2026 Loved our 2 week vacation, loved the hotel footprint and the staff are so friendly. The entertainment team was fantastic and very entertaining. My only complaint and it’s minor but the slamming of the doors at all hours is next level. Once is an accident, multiple times is just rude. I feel for those that had children sleeping. 👏👏to Victor Zavala in the dining room and Willie at the pool bar for taking care of us so well. Thank you!
