Great location, lots to do around, the hotel itself is on a fairly quite residential street couple of blocks removed from the busy streets of Asakusa. My family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and nicely furnished studio style apartment/ suite.

Excellent spot in akihabara and the breakfast was really good!

Friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out! I forgot something in the safe when I left and they were able to accommodate a pick up by some friends of mine who were still in Tokyo. Cute spot, quiet, walkable, and a coffee shop on the first floor.

Both dining rooms in which I ate served wonderful food and hadexcellent service!

Bread and soup breakfast was basic but tasty. Rooms were nice and clean and the shower rooms were very nice with orange oil infused soap and shampoo. My father and I had a great time here and would absolutely go again.

Self contained very clean room with washer/dryer machine. The amenities were fine, refreshed daily if required, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good location although a bit loud at night. Check-in took an extremely long time. I think the staff might've been new and didn't know how to process foreign residence cards. The rooms were small but not any smaller than any other Japanese business hotel. The rooms were clean. The pillows were okay. I requested more pillows easily by phone. I felt that the fridge wasn't very cold in my room and sometimes the air from the AC had an odd smell, almost like vinegar or something.
