Hotel was in a great location, room was small and the lounge was the poorest we have been!in. Free beer and coffee/tea not worth the upgrade to access.

Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly, however when I got to my room the bathroom smelled strongly of pee. And I hadidea if that was the drain system or the toilet. I cleaned it myself, because I don’t speak Japanese heads up for foreign visitors.

Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from station and central to all tourist attractions. The lounge was pretty basic but I enjoyed it. Room, bed and showers were comfortable.

Room ok. Language barrier, difficult check-in. Machine check-in, not user friendly.

Perfect location with delicious breakfast buffet.

The property is clean and the space is large. The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia. Take your risk when consider this place.
