Lovely hotel in nice neighborhood very close to tube station with multiple lines. Beautifully appointed room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was new with good shower, heated towel rack. Great stay.

Our stay was perfect! The hotel and room were beautiful and clean, But it was the staff that really made it special. The front desk and the concierge were top-notch and so friendly and helpful especially since it was our first time in UK visiting from USA. Highly highly recommended!!

The room was delightful and the front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. The dining room knocked a star off my rating. Breakfast appeared to be operated by people who never had such a meal. Coffee and you want milk? Toast and you want butter? Toaster only works on one side of the slice. Eggs, avocado, smoked salmon never met before arriving on the plate; no salt or pepper, lemon or a sprig of dill or some other herb. Plain food it is and at a price!
