We reserved the hotel in advance for 2 queen beds but when we reached thre staff told me that they are over booked and they will provide king bed and sofa bed. I politely ask them to call the manager.Manager came and I told her about the situation and she provided the room with 2 queen beds in no time. My concern is earlier staff told me that its overbooked and nothing available. Why she said that and why I was denied at the first place so please call the manager and don't believe in the staff if you have any issues with your booking. I am disappointed!
