"Karen at the desk was awesome. It was my wife’s birthday and we forgot the champagne back home. Not only did Karen suggest a bath bomb that my wife loved, she had some great selections of champagne on hand! I picked out a bottle and Karen brought it up to the room on ice with the bath bomb gift wrapped! ..."
