Outer Boroughs Fishing Vacations

My first time here but won’t be the last. It was excellent!

The check in was clunky The reason seemed to be we didn’t get the check in code without paying another $100 AFTER the booking was charged. I originally thought this was a nonrefundable deposit, but it is not. It is an additional $100 on top of the fees already paid through Expedia. I didn’t fight it at the time because New York was busy and we had landed and needed a place to go. But this definitely felt like I was being scammed Wi-Fi was really weird - a guy had to come to the room three times to get the Wi-Fi working. It would shut off every day and the only way to get it working was for somebody to physically come into the room. Basic cleaning. If you look deeper into the corners and other areas you would see it’s still dirty. Overall incredibly unhappy experience and would not be booking this again

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and restaurant were lovely. Nothing negative to say, would stay again in a heartbeat.

We loved this hotel. The location, rooftop patio, kind staff, and spacious, clean room were all amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
