The rooms are spacious for handicapped access one bedroom suite. The lazy river and pool are welcoming. It is very family friendly. There are a few restaurants and laundry (washers & dryers) on the property in main building, 2nd floor. Employees are friendly and inviting. Around a great hotel to stay at within walking distance to "Disney Springs" for shopping and restaurants. Very pet friendly for dogs (small fee for dogs, excluding service dogs). Service dogs are free. Their is transportation to the disney areas, for those who have park passes, not reqired to stay here.

The DJ playing music at the pool was a bit much, the overall hotel needs a refresh but it is a good location and a good value for where it is.

My stay was not pleasant. No towels, lack of parking just to name a few problems. In the end a manager Chris was super nice and did attempt to make everything better.
