The resort is nice and back in action! This is our 2nd trip here in February. Both trips had to request a diffrent room because the heat would not work. For the price i feel this is something that should be addressed efore guest arrive.

My husband and I were schedule to be at Oceans reach from 8/31/17 to 9/10/17. Upon check in we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained.
