Easy check-in process. Staff was really friendly. Great to have washer/dryer in unit.
Maybe it was coming from USA, but I was expecting the washer to be a little bit bigger. Also, while they gave us one pouch of the detergent, if you’re gonna wash clothes on multiple days, you may either need to ask them for more or you’d have to go out and get your own.
All in all, I’d recommend this brand and would stay here again in the future.

The hotel is brand new, clean & spacious (even with the smallest room) However, the shower without a tub is pretty small. Washer/dryer is perfect size for daily use.

Clean and moden place. Having an in -suite laundry was super convenient( 2in1 laundry). This hotel apartment had all the amenities you need. Eg toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, slippers, hair ties, shaver and laundry detergent. Only item that was missing was lotion but that wasn't a big deal. Location was excellent as it was few steps to the trains. The monorail was also a few steps away and it takes you straight to haneda airport within 15mins. If you catch the express train it will take you there within 6 min (train ride). Overall 5 stars and would definately recommend for family with children.
